Frequently Asked Questions
What is Body Sulpting?
Body Sculpting includes surgical and non-surgical fat reduction procedures. These procedures reduce or
remove stubborn pockets of fat to contour and shape different areas of the body. Non-surgical body
sculpting is also known as non-surgical fat reduction. There are many types of non-surgical fat reduction
procedures including the ones listed below:

Butt/Breast Cupping Therapy:
Vacuum therapy for butts/breasts to enlarge and tone your
buttocks/breasts in weeks. This procedure involves two suction cups being attached to each
buttock/breast. You need anywhere from 3 to 6 sessions for firmer, plumper, perkier, larger, and rounder
results! The benefits of butt cupping are great! The procedure promotes blood circulation, and clearance of
toxins, and removes cellulite and lumpy fat deposits. It reshapes and contours your buttocks and breasts..
Ultrasound Cavitation: destroys fat cells by using ultrasound technology or low-frequency sound
waves. These ultrasound waves are sent deep into the layers of your skin, causing a disruptive vibration.
Fat cells then break apart from each other and are dislodged from your dermal layers. The now liquified
fat cell is expelled from your body through your lymphatic system. This is a non-invasive procedure
designed to tighten, reshape, and tone the skin.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage:
Is a form of gentle massage that encourages the movement of lymph
fluids around the body. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues.

Radio Frequency Therapy:
Is a non-surgical method of tightening the skin. This procedure involves
using energy waves to heat the deep layers of your skin known as your dermis. This heat stimulates the
production of collagen thus tightening loose skin and reducing the appearance of fine lines.
Laser Lipo:
Laser lipolysis is a non-invasive procedure that uses heat from fiber-optic lasers at various wavelengths to
melt body fat which then drains through your lymphatic system. The added benefit of laser lipo is that it
spurs the production of the protein collagen, making skin more taut.
Vacuum Therapy: Vacuum pressure is placed around the targeted area, lifting the cellulite away from
the muscle, thus encouraging blood flow, stimulating lymphatic drainage, and amplifying the effects of
massage or exercise. This procedure reduces excess fat deposits in hips, thighs, and buttocks as well as
improves skin tightness, firmness, and elasticity.
Wood Therapy:
Wood Sculpting tools are made specifically to manipulate and restructure fatty tissues,
loosen tight and tired muscles, and smooth out cellulite naturally. Trained therapists use a series of
repetitive movements to speed up metabolism and sculpt and tone the body. This method involves
bringing circulation to target areas with applied soothing deep pressure and movements that lead to rapid
breakdown of fat and cellulite. Wood Therapy stimulates such things as metabolism and lymphatic
drainage and is great for Pre and Post Liposuction!

Is Ultrasound Cavitation, Laser Lipo & RF Safe? Are there Any Side Effects?
All of our treatments are safe, non-surgical procedures offered without anesthesia. They are non-invasive
where no cutting, no scars, and no downtime should be experienced following treatment. Specific ultrasound
parameters of energy levels ensure selective damage to fat cells only and do not interfere with any other
organs. There is no report of side effects for these treatments. However, some people may experience
transient redness, excessive thirst, and nausea immediately after the treatment which always resolves by
drinking water. They are all short-term effects that disappear shortly.
How is the Fat Eliminated From The Body?
No matter the body sculpting technique whether it be Cavitation, Laser Lipo, Wood Therapy, etc., the fat cell
membrane ruptures, thereby releasing its fat content, converting it into a substance easy to eliminate
through the lymphatic system which includes your sweat glands, urine, and stool.
Which Areas Are Suitable For Treatment?
Areas with localized fat such as thighs, abdomen, arms, and buttocks where diet and exercise alone have not
been able to get rid of are the most appropriate but there is no real limitation as to areas of the body.
What kind of Results Should I Expect?
Our procedures are very effective and usually yield immediate and long-lasting results. Our clients generally
require 6-10 treatments on average. Most of our clients experience noticeable circumference reduction after
a single session with increasing results after each visit. The results may vary with different tissue structures,
treatment areas, age, metabolism, medications, and changes in hormones. A proper diet and increased physical
activity will certainly improve and help to maintain the results.
Who is The Best Candidate For Body Sculpting?
The ideal candidate for body sculpting is someone who is within approximately 20kgs of their weight loss
goals and wants to eliminate stubborn, fatty areas that are resistant to diet and exercise. People who are
generally healthy are safe to undergo treatment. People with cardiac and vascular diseases, diabetes, acute
illness, compromised liver function, severe bleeding tendencies, pacemaker carriers and women who are
pregnant or breastfeeding should avoid undergoing Cavitation and Radio Frequency procedures.
What is the "Downtime"?
Most non-surgical body sculpting procedures are minimally invasive to non-invasive. Generally, there is zero
downtime and you can resume daily activities immediately after treatment.
How Long Does a Treatment Take?
One treatment area generally takes 30-120 minutes.
How Many Treatments Are Required?
Multiple treatments are usually required depending on the results you are looking to achieve.
Do I need To Follow Any Guidelines Before or After Undergoing Ultrasound Cavitation, Laser Lipo, And RF procedures?
Try to avoid doing anything that will irritate your skin immediately before treatment. This includes tanning
(natural or artificial). It would be more likely to suffer pain from the addition of heat to the already damaged
skin; however, an established tan would be fine.
We recommend a suitable exercise routine and a low-calorie diet with protein in each meal.
Drink at least 2 liters of warm water(strictly NO carbonated water, pop, coffee, or tea) before and after each
session. Drink plenty of water and exercise such as brisk walking, biking, or any other aerobic activity for at least
3 days after the treatment to stimulate the lymphatic system as elimination of the fat continues for 72hrs.
Our procedures will be best performed under high hydration conditions. Avoid taking any caffeine or
diuretics 2 days before therapy. Drinking plenty of water will help to improve your metabolism and increase
urination so as to release fat and toxins from your body.
For best results, you should refrain from any alcohol consumption for 48 hours both before and after
treatments. Alcohol consumption during this period may prevent your liver from removing the deactivated
fat cells from your body (as the liver will assign priority to removing the alcohol from your blood).
Lastly, it is always beneficial to maintain an un-stressful lifestyle to help the body flush more efficiently.
